From Security Officer to Senior Operations Manager

When Edy joined Enigma as a Security Officer, he brought professionalism, reliability and a genuine desire to progress. Over the years, he invested in his own development by completing additional training, gaining new qualifications and taking on increasing responsibility.

Through commitment, consistent performance and a willingness to learn, he became a supervisor, later stepped into an operations role, and is now a Senior Operations Manager, leading teams across multiple contracts. His journey reflects what is possible when talent, hard work and opportunity come together and demonstrates our belief in developing the right people into the right roles.

From CCTV Controller to Divisional Director

Gill began her career with Enigma in our Control Room as a CCTV Controller. From day one she showed attention to detail, strong situational awareness and a clear passion for the technical side of the industry.

She progressed to Supervisor, then moved into management where she continued to study, upskill and expand her leadership capability. Today, she is the Director of our CCTV Division, responsible for driving innovation, standards and service delivery across the business.
