At Enigma Security Solutions, our national Control Room Operators form the communication hub that keeps all our services connected and running smoothly. Working from our national control room, they coordinate staff, support supervisors, and act as a constant point of contact for both our teams and our clients.
All operators are SIA licensed and CCTV licensed, giving them the professional grounding to manage sensitive information, operate secure systems, and respond confidently to a wide range of situations. Their role is not to monitor CCTV footage, but to oversee the flow of information across the business and ensure every service is supported in real time.
They maintain clear communication with our officers on the ground, provide guidance during incidents, update records, and ensure that any issues or requests are passed on quickly to the right people. They also handle client calls, arrange support where needed, and keep you informed about anything affecting your premises.
Because they oversee activity across multiple locations, they have a detailed understanding of each contract and the operational requirements of the premises we protect. This allows them to allocate resources effectively, coordinate supervisory patrols, deal with schedule changes, and respond quickly when unexpected situations arise.
Our control room is equipped to handle continuous communication and incident logging, giving clients reassurance that everything happening across their premises is being supported centrally. The operators keep teams aligned, maintain strong oversight, and ensure that our service standards remain consistent and dependable.
