Our people define who we are. Through the Enigma Academy, apprenticeships and tailored development pathways, we help colleagues grow from first roles into confident, skilled professionals. We proudly celebrate the achievements within our teams, including apprentices who have progressed into permanent roles and officers who have moved into leadership through structured mentoring and training.
Inclusive Pathways Into Security
Inclusivity is a core part of our culture. We provide accessible pathways into the industry, including programmes that support disabled colleagues into specialist CCTV roles and structured opportunities for ex military personnel whose experience adds resilience and professionalism to our operations. Over the years we have built an environment where every individual is respected, treated fairly and encouraged to progress, regardless of background or identity.
Strengthening Our Communities
Our commitment to community extends beyond our sites. One of our managers dedicates several hours each week to coaching football for children with special educational needs in central London, an initiative actively supported by Enigma. Enigma teams take part in local improvement projects, including park renovations and community clean ups that create safer, more welcoming public spaces. We support local employment, partner with diverse suppliers and champion small and minority owned businesses across our network, strengthening the communities where we work, we also support scholarship schemes through our partnership with L&Q.

Our sustainability efforts are strengthened by our ISO 14001 accreditation, our commitment to Net Zero 2030 and initiatives such as paperless operations, recycled material uniforms and energy reduction practices across sites. These actions help us minimise our environmental impact while continually improving the way we work.
